Site Manager, Construction Manager/ Foreman, Building & Residential Construction
High-End Residential Construction Superintendent
We are recruiting on behalf of established New York general contractors specializing in high-end residential construction - renovations and gut projects on apartments, townhouses and single-family homes across the city and the surrounding metro area. These are long-standing firms with reputations built on craftsmanship, repeat clients and well-run job sites rather than volume.
The RoleYou will run the site. These are high-end residential projects - condominiums, townhouses and brownstones - where the finish standard is exacting and the client is often living next door to the work. Superintendents report to the job, not to an office, so where you live matters less than where the work is.
What You Will Do- Oversee the work of all trades on site, day to day.
- Hold the site schedule and drive the sequence.
- Run safety, site logistics and building access.
- Enforce the quality standard, and catch problems before they become rework.
- Coordinate inspections and sign-offs.
- Keep daily reports and photographic records.
- Manage punch list and closeout.
- Ten years of New York City site supervision experience, ideally five of those on luxury residential.
- You have run a job on your own rather than serving as a second.
- Fluent with NYC building approvals, inspections and co-op or condo board requirements.
- Current safety credentials, including an SST card.
- Direct and credible with subcontractors, and calm in front of homeowners.
Compensation and benefits

Represented exclusively by CLT Recruiters LLC. The employer is not named at this stage and will be disclosed when we speak.
