Rising Construction Leader | Assistant Superintendent

Our client is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects by coordinating daily field activities, subcontractors, safety, quality, and project schedules. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer, Foreman, or Assistant Superintendent looking to grow into a lead Superintendent role with a company that promotes from within. Description Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project objectives are met. Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site. Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines. Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and project team to address challenges and provide solutions.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Support the Superintendent in managing resources, equipment, and materials efficiently. Experience with construction project management and on-site supervision. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Familiarity with construction documentation and reporting.
