Description Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Collaborate with project managers and architects to resolve construction challenges. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and site activities. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on-site. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and site operations. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance standards. Ability to lead subcontractors, field staff, and project teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with owners, clients, architects, and stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Experience coordinating multiple trades while maintaining schedule and budget objectives. Proficient in interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
