Description Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve construction challenges. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders. Manage materials and equipment to ensure efficient site operations. Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage teams effectively. Problem-solving skills to address construction challenges as they arise. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000.
