- New York will oversee 1 project at a time throughout NYC metro area - each project last anywhere between 2 - 8 months. Client Details Our client is a top ENR rated contractor and focuses on concrete projects, excavation projects, infrastructure, and other heavy civil projects. The contractor is open to hiring an Assistant Superintendent
- Concrete/Excavations due to growth and strong pipeline. Description Supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Inspect work sites to ensure safety protocols and quality standards are maintained. Monitor project budgets and provide updates on resource allocation. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress and requirements. Support the Superintendent in managing overall project operations. Profile A successful Assistant Superintendent

Experience with supervising construction projects and teams. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach to managing challenges and ensuring project success. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000.
