Position: Retail Construction Project Manager (Growth Role) - Manhattan
Work on high-profile projects valued up to $10M while taking full ownership of your own projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll have direct mentorship from senior leadership and a clear path for long-term growth and advancement within the company. Client Details Michael Page is hiring within the property industry in Manhattan, NY. Description Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery. Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process. Manage procurement of materials and equipment as needed for the project. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure project success.

Profile A successful Project Manager should have:
Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee multiple project components.
