Heartfelt Builders is a NYC developer and general contractor hiring a full-time, W-2 Site Safety Coordinator for our active sites in Queens. Responsibilities:
Run site safety on assigned DOB-permitted projects; daily site inspections and safety logs; enforce NYC Building Code Chapter 33 and OSHA rules; handle DOB inspections, violations and stop-work issues; run toolbox talks and worker orientations; report to our superintendents and operations team. Requirements:
Active NYC DOB Site Safety Coordinator license in good standing, current NYC site safety training, experience on NYC construction sites, and U.S. work authorization. Nice to have: OSHA 30, new-building or multi-building development experience, DOB NOW experience. Pay: $195,000-$200,000/year. Full-time. Brooklyn office;
