Service Coordinator - Luxury Residential Construction

Our client is a Manhattan luxury residential construction firm whose service division looks after its clients' homes after handover.

The firm is seeking a Service Coordinator to run the desk - the hub through which every service and warranty call is received, scheduled and tracked to closeout. This is an office-based role, not a field role, and it is a strong entry point into high-end residential.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking service and warranty calls from clients.
• Scheduling technicians and subcontractors.
• Tracking every job through to closeout.
• Keeping clients updated as work progresses.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in coordination, administration or customer service.
• Highly methodical, with the discipline to keep many open jobs moving.
• Polished on the phone - the role means dealing with luxury clients about their own homes.
• A construction or design background is a bonus, not a requirement.

Compensation

• $75,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience.
• Immediate start available.
