Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, while submitting Daily-Weekly
- Monthly Reports as required
- Ensure compliance safety inspections with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards, including NYCDOB, CH 33, OSHA, NYCDOT, etc
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize accidents and injuries on-site, and investigate and report all accidents as required
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and address any safety concerns
- Collaborate with the EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) team to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Provide guidance and support to site staff, including training on safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including permits, licenses, and workers' compensation claims, liaison between clients and with city agencie, insurance reps.,

Minimum Qualifications:

- NYCDOB SSM License
- NYC 62 Hour SST Supervisor Card

Other

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of risk management principles and techniques
- Familiarity with construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
