Although TCS is the second largest IT firm globally, it is widely unknown to CMOs. Our end-to-end offerings are just being built out and we now need to build awareness and reposition TCS Interactive in the minds of brand marketing teams. That means defining what our technology offering is, how we relate to growth officers (GOs), how we can advocate for them with CFOs, CEO's and CIO - how do we help them optimize marketing through technology and brand experiences.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Managing Partner of Creative to drive transformative growth for both our clients and the practice. This role reports into the Senior Managing Partner at TCS Interactive who leads the CMO Martech advisory group and is currently building an agency-like formation.

This role will also oversee and build out the NY Studio capabilities and talent. They will provide a POV on brand experiences and design and building up the staff and capabilities of the studio to meet those standards.

Important to note this agency-like formation is a new group being built up. Currently we have leads in brand strategy, CX strategy, data strategy, tech SMEs, operations, and senior partner leads for specific industry verticals we will be focusing on: BFSI, LSHC and CBG.

This hire is a critical part of building this agency up organically and establishing ways of working with the other discipline leads.

This hire will be the first creative hire at the organization and is therefore, a critical lead in establishing a POV and vision and guiding the team towards it.

The objectives for this role are to:

Create a POV for TCS Interactive and help develop a plan on how to deliver on it.

Expand TCS Interactive creative capability beyond user interface design to elevated brand and experience creative and art direction

In partnership with business development, strategy and research leads, evaluate current and prospective client brand resonance, differentiation and potential

Translate consumer and culture insight into new brand and experience vision, creative direction and concepts

Provide creative direction at brand and experience level to guide design talent in generating powerful, high-quality quality brand experience vision assets (visual, video, copy)

Guide and mentor design teams to successfully translate brand and experience-level creative vision and strategy through production

Build out the NY studio capabilities and talent.

Represent TCS Interactive and bolster our creative brand externally in the market through presence in thought leadership, conferences and events

Qualifications:

Key Skills / Knowledge

15+ years' experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, experience design, marketing and/or digital media/advertising at a platform, publisher, agency or consultancy

BFA/MFA in visual / communication design, graphic design, strategic design, strategic communications, human-computer interaction, interactive media, illustration, computer animation or similar fields.

Robust expertise in multiple creative domains e.g. design thinking, design strategy, design doing, design operations, branding, agile, interactive design, e-commerce, publishing, video, photography, IA, marketing campaigns

Familiarity with some emerging technology is strongly preferred, e.g. AI, AR/VR, Web 3 etc.

Relevant Experience

Extensive experience driving human-centric brand experiences

Proven track record of supporting both sales and delivery teams with high-caliber Fortune 500 clients, demonstrating growth in both new business and current relationship expansion

Appreciation for the synergy between strategy, creativity and technology

A passionate storyteller with proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, including strategists, UX/UI designers, graphic designers, and other creative professionals

Ability to drive productivity amidst ambiguity

Ability to build out a creative team

Intuitive, empathetic communicator who can understand the priorities of all collaborators and navigate multiple perspectives to drive projects forward

Salary Range $239,200 to $358,800 a year
