The Summer 2026 Internship program at Vevo is a paid opportunity designed for qualified students to gain hands-on experience while learning about the media and entertainment industry. We are seeking a PR & Communications Intern to join our department, rotating between two specialized pillars of the business.

This role offers a unique 360-degree view of how a global music video network tells its story to the world and its employees. As an intern, you'll work alongside a supportive team to understand media relations, executive positioning, and the "why" behind building a cohesive brand voice.

As a member of the team you will:

* Draft and develop high-impact external materials, including press releases, media pitches, and executive talking points

* Master the media landscape by building targeted lists across print, digital, and broadcast, while tracking daily coverage and industry trends

* Support internal storytelling by helping craft memos, town hall materials, and content maps for our internal program, "The Beat"

* Drive digital engagement by developing creative content suggestions and managing scheduling for Vevo's Linked In presence

* Facilitate organizational flow by maintaining digital archives, updating media databases, and tracking action items from high-level briefings

* Collaborate on global initiatives including employee engagement campaigns and the development of the weekly company video series

This describes you:

* A versatile communicator who can pivot between formal executive scripts and engaging social media copy

* Detail- oriented and proactive when it comes to monitoring news cycles and tracking media placements

* Passionate about brand voice and ensuring consistency across both internal and external platforms

* Highly organized with the ability to manage digital filing systems and complex calendars

* A curious researcher who stays ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights

Requirements:

* Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited college or university

* Desire to pursue a career in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Journalism

* Ability to work 30 hours per week from June 8th - July 31, 2026

The pay range for this position is $20 per hour. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Transparency Law.

This part-time, hybrid position requires interns to work on-site at least three times per week.
