Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently;
Balance cash drawers and ensure accuracy, including ATM/Teller cash dispensers;
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns using standard procedures;
Educate customers on self-service/digital options and TD's products and services;
Refer customers to appropriate partners to provide solutions and act as an advocate for the customer
