Position: Customer Experience Associate FT (81680)
About the Role:

Asphalt Green is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our team at our Battery Park City location. This is a full-time salaried position, ideal for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests. The ideal candidate is highly organized, friendly, and proactive, with a strong interest in working in a mission-driven, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members, guests, and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment

• Efficiently handle check-in/check-out procedures and monitor facility access

• Manage and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Clearly communicate program offerings, membership options, and event details

• Enforce facility policies, safety, and security procedures

• Support membership operations, including card printing and POS transactions

• Distribute towels and maintain inventory controls

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and surrounding areas

• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments

• Perform administrative duties, including data entry and record keeping

• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to support a positive team culture

• Provide support and information to Asphalt Green program staff

• Availability to work scheduled shifts within the 5:00am-1:00pm and/or 12:00pm-8:00pm time frames

• Flexibility to support additional scheduling needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

• Experience with Salesforce (preferred)

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
