Pep Boys - Bayshore Avenue - Responsibilities:
Perform all Customer Service Advisor duties at an advanced level and serve as a role model in delivering exceptional customer experiences;
Mentor, train, and onboard Customer Service Advisors, sharing best practices in communication and service;
Act as key holder responsible for opening and closing the store and completing operational, cash-handling, and security procedures;
Lead as primary on-site contact when the Service Center Manager is not present and ensure smooth daily operations;
Partner with technicians and management to drive sales and improve customer retention
