Job Description:
Our client is a globally recognized architecture and design firm committed to shaping a better future through innovative, sustainable, and impactful projects. With a rich history of transformative contributions to the built environment, they foster a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to design.
They are seeking a Designer to join their New York office.
The right candidate will bring strong conceptual design abilities and a deep understanding of architectural and interior design principles. This role involves contributing to high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including workplace, hospitality, and residential.
The requirements of the role are:
- Professional degree in Architecture and/or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural or interior design roles.
- Strong conceptual design skills with a proven ability to integrate interdisciplinary criteria.
- Proficiency in design software, including Revit, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Adobe Suite, and other digital tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and familiarity with LEED accreditation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively, meeting project deadlines while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
