What you'll do
- Own the user experience across our core operations product and upcoming mobile talent agent
- Create software that feels great to use
- Work in fast, iterative cycles
- Talk to customers, run UX audits, and turn feedback into shipped improvements
- Translate our core principles into product:
- Cycle time is key. You ship quickly and iterate
- Quality matters. Your work stands on its own
- You have 2+ years of experience in product design
- You've designed production software that real people use
- You have strong aesthetic instincts and can articulate what makes design good or bad
- You notice UX everywhere - good and bad - in your daily life
- You have a portfolio you're proud of
- Figma for design
- Cursor or similar AI tooling for prototyping
- High-leverage work defining the design language of a fast-growing company
- Competitive salary with above-market equity
- Small team where your work ships to customers immediately
- In-person in NYC (Chinatown / LES)
- Multiple second-time founders to learn from - Justin (CEO) sold Bayes (YC S19) to Airtable. Dave built and sold Kamana, an app for travel nurses.
