Your Mission
As a Social Media Intern, you'll be responsible for translating powerful business convos into high-impact social content. Each platform has a unique voice, and we're looking for 3 interns who get the difference between what performs on Tik Tok vs. what builds trust on Linked In vs. what stops the scroll on IG.
We're Hiring For:
1. Tik Tok Intern
Turn key podcast moments into viral short-form clips
Add trendy captions, overlays, soundtracks, memes
Monitor Tik Tok trends & remix our content for relevance
Bonus:
Experience with Cap Cut, Min Vo Pro , or mobile editing apps
2. Linked In Intern
Write sharp, professional, founder-style posts that summarize episode value
Create quote graphics, audiograms, and threads from top interviews
Track post reach + test different CTA styles and formats
Bonus:
You've built your own Linked In presence or follow startup content closely
3. Instagram Intern
Build bold visual layouts using carousels, reels, and behind-the-scenes stories
Post audiograms and pull-quotes with top-tier aesthetics
Maintain grid cohesion while staying trend-aware
Bonus:
You have a portfolio or IG theme page you run
