Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 per year

Operating from this central hub, they serve clients across the United States and have successfully completed projects in 44 countries worldwide. Their expertise covers a diverse range of project types, including workplace, retail, hospitality, and healthcare, as well as collaborations with commercial building owners to enhance property value and leasability.
They are currently seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join their Healthcare division in their New York City office. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in the architectural industry, with a strong background in healthcare projects within New York.
The requirements of the role are:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture.
- 3-5 years of experience in the architectural industry.
- Extensive experience with healthcare projects in New York.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee healthcare design projects.
- Familiarity with local codes and regulations related to healthcare architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino (V-Ray, Grasshopper, and 3ds Max a plus).
