As our team continues to grow, we're seeking a Junior Project Architect who is eager to learn, collaborate, and play a key role in delivering meaningful architectural projects across diverse market sectors.
In this role, you'll contribute to the design and documentation process across all phases of project delivery. You'll work alongside senior architects, designers, and engineers-gaining exposure to multidisciplinary collaboration, digital delivery tools, and best practices in technical design. What You'll Do
Support architectural design and production tasks across concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation phases
Prepare drawings, models, and technical documentation using Revit and other digital design tools
Assist with research, code compliance review, material selections, and detailing
Coordinate with internal team members including architecture, engineering, planning, and interiors
Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and internal work sessions
Contribute to project organization, documentation updates, and quality control processes
Support senior architects with construction administration tasks such as reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, and site visits
Collaborate in a team environment, embracing mentorship and continuous skill development
Here's what you'll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
1-4 years of professional architectural experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for design and documentation
Foundational understanding of building codes, technical detailing, and architectural systems
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Interest in pursuing architectural licensure
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
Experience working on projects in the New York metropolitan area
Exposure to multidisciplinary coordination and BIM workflows
Skills in digital modeling and visualization tools such as Rhino, Sketch Up, Enscape, or Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with Bentley tools such as Open Buildings and Project Wise
Knowledge of sustainable design principles or experience supporting LEED/WELL documentation
A strong design portfolio demonstrating both conceptual and technical capabilities

The base salary range for this position is $71,300.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
