Compensation:
Exceptionally competitive salary + Signing Bonus + Relocation + Loan Repayment Job Type: Full time. 8am-5pm. Monday - Friday. Split between 2 locations.
Location:
Rutland, Vermont We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist Head & Neck Surgeon to join a hospital-employed, well-established ENT practice.
Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings
Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions
Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPsMaintain timely documentation and clinical communication
Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care
