Location:
Pittsburg, PAWe are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care in a community health center setting. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services while supporting coordinated, cost-effective care across the patient lifecycle. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, detail-oriented, and committed to serving a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with patients and staff
Apply sound clinical judgment and problem-solving skills in complex situations
Support quality improvement initiatives and operational processes
