Primary Care Physician Compensation: $200K-$220K per year + Comprehensive Benefits Package Job Type: Full Time. Monday - Friday. Day shift.

Pittsburgh, PA We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a community health center setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, cost-effective medical services across the lifespan while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions

Perform complete physical exams and preventative care services

Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging (including X-rays, CTs, MRIs as appropriate)
Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals to specialists when needed

Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHRProvide follow-up care and patient education to individuals and families

Collaborate with behavioral health and other clinical teams to support integrated care Supervise and coordinate activities of clinical support staff as needed

Participate in community health education initiatives

Respond appropriately to medical emergencies within the clinical setting
