Victorville, CAWe are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, community-focused practice serving a diverse patient population from birth through geriatrics. This opportunity offers strong compensation, schedule flexibility, and robust clinical support in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Internal Medicine and Pediatrics-trained candidates are also encouraged to apply. Pediatric coverage is available, and Advanced Practice Providers support pediatric visits when needed.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan

Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care needs

Maintain an average patient volume of approximately 22 patients per 10-hour day Collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers, nursing staff, and care teams

Utilize strong nurse triage and telephone support systems

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered, culturally competent care
