We are seeking a Family Medicine Faculty Physician to join a mission-driven academic outpatient healthcare organization with an affiliated Family Medicine residency program. This role combines direct patient care with teaching, supervision, and mentorship of family medicine residents across the full scope of practice, including obstetrics. Faculty physicians work in a collaborative academic environment alongside residents, faculty colleagues, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a family medicine continuity clinic

Supervise and mentor family medicine residents in outpatient and inpatient settings

Precept residents regularly, supporting clinical skill development and patient management

Participate in clinical sessions (34 half-days per week) with integrated resident supervision

Provide inpatient attending coverage for family medicine services several times per year Perform and supervise family medicine procedures, including obstetrics as applicable

Participate in resident education through didactics, curriculum development, and advising

Engage in scholarly activities, quality improvement, and academic program development

Collaborate with faculty, residents, and interdisciplinary clinical teams

Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across preventive, acute, and chronic conditions

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical and academic standards
