PKFA and 3
KFA per diem substitutes needed for Catholic Schools in Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island.
Qualifications:
* Candidates must have minimum of a BA in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Experience teaching in an early childhood setting required.
* Fingerprint clearance in the NYC PETS system will be required if offered a position.
* All NYC DOHMH health documentation required (recent physical and all required immunizations).
* NYS Mandated Reporter Training Certificate - 2024 version required
Responsibilities:
* Serving as the lead teacher in a 3K for All or Prek for All classroom to cover for an absent lead teacher
* Delivery of lessons as outlined in Creative Curriculum
* Meeting supervisory responsibilities as presented by the program leader
* Using Positive Behavior Guidance when working with the children
Substitutes are needed immediately in a few programs
