Compensation: $50K-$55K per year
Job Type: Full-Time, in person, Day shift.
NY State Solar sells, designs, and builds quality solar systems in the New York City metropolitan area! Our focus is to
provide an outstanding customer experience and deliver a high quality PV system. Dedicated to helping New York
become economically and environmentally sustainable.
A Permitting Associate will provide exceptional customer experience while supporting operational facets of the solar
project. Ensuring paperwork and applications are completed in a timely manner.
Permitting Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work and communicate with all company personnel, including:
Management, Sales, Accounting, Field, & Office staff
• Effectively working with the Operations team to ensure all the correct information is relayed to various key
players in the solar process
• Update project management database
• Department of Buildings Permitting
Qualifications:
• Work experience in Project Coordination/Permitting is required
• Notary Experience a Huge Plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, organizational, attention to detail, problem solving and time
management skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
• Must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Drivers License and Personal Vehicle is required.
