Responsibilities:
* Engage with clients to define project scope, expectations, and deliverables.
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of geospatial projects.
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and quality assurance.
* Direct multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, analysts, software developers and field staff.
* Guide preparation of reports, presentations, and data visualizations for decision-makers.
* Support Sales teams in preparing and pitching project proposals to existing and prospective clients.
* Estimate proposed project timelines, team assignments, costs, etc.
Location:
Requires 2 days per week in a Jacobs office
* Substantial professional years (10+) of relevant experience managing projects in a GIS environment, with a proven track record of technical expertise and successful project delivery for major infrastructure and/or technology projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, related field, or equivalent experience with a differing degree
* Proficiency in GIS platforms and related data management tools.
* Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and client-relations skills.
* Ability to analyze, interpret, and present technical data to non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
* GISP credentials
* Strong business development skills, including proposal writing and client engagement.
* Ability to lead change management and technology adoption within organizations.
