Project Controls Specialist

We are seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support the delivery of major infrastructure and capital projects across New York's transit system.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts to ensure financial control.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Support risk management and change control processes.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to track and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost management.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with large infrastructure or transit projects preferred.

Pay Rate: $60.00-$75.00/Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications, education, skills, and experience.
