Key Responsibilities

* Support project teams during Schematic Design (SD) phases

* Produce and update Revit models and drawing sets with accuracy and efficiency

* Assist with:

* Residential unit layouts

* Core and typical floor plans

* Facade modeling

* Consultant coordination

* Collaborate closely with Project Architects, Project Managers, and Principals

* Apply NYC zoning, building codes, and local regulations where applicable

Required Qualifications

* 5+ years of professional architectural experience

* Strong proficiency in Revit

* Experience working on ground-up buildings

* Prior experience with multifamily residential projects (mid- to high-rise strongly preferred)

* Experience working in New York City or on NYC‑area projects

* Ability to ramp up quickly and contribute immediately

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $55.00/hr.
