As Site Drilling Logistic Coordinator, you are responsible for the inspections of received materials, distributing on a weekly basis the Drilling Current Stock Report & Good Receiving Notes Report.

To succeed in this role, you should have 3 years of experience in drilling project.

The role responsibilities include:

• Inspections of received materials, distributing on a weekly basis the Drilling Current Stock Report & Good Receiving Notes Report. Filing / Recording receiving documentation in the share drive
• Distributing on a weekly basis the Drilling Current Stock Report & Good Receiving Notes Report.
• Communicate daily with the Field Logistics Lead regarding materials & Logistics requirements.
• Utilize Materials Management software to proceed data entry – generating Good Receiving Notes, Good Transfer Notes, Good Dispatch Notes, update inventory.
• Utilize Oracle Procurement to check status of requisitions, download attachments such as packing list, emails correspondences, investigate if required.

What you'll have:

• Having minimum Bachelor of Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience relevant to drilling project
• Number of Geothermal Drilling Training/Course attended: minimum 1 courses/trainings
