Senior Project Manager Project Control/Project Management

For our project management team in the Places business unit, we are looking for dedicated project managers (w/m/d) with a focus on project control/project management, time and cost management to support public and private construction projects.

The position is located in our global Places business unit. Together with our customers around the world, we create, foster, and optimize intelligent, safe, and sustainable places where people live, work, learn, and succeed. Places influence the quality of life of people—whether it's housing, shops, workplaces, schools, hospitals, companies, research and development facilities, or data and distribution centers. Role Responsibility:

• Structured, experienced, and independent management of complex building and transport projects with a focus on time and cost management
• First point of contact for our customers and interface for all parties involved in construction
• Solution-oriented cooperation with users, planners, and contractors
• Responsibility for ensuring adherence to costs, schedules, and quality
• Cost and schedule management and the necessary soft skills in customer support and the hard skills in operating the relevant software
• Professional and meaningful assessment of project qualities, schedules, and costs and their preparation for the customer
• Compliance with and control of internal and external project costs

Qualifications &

Experience:

You are technically proficient, have good experience in project control of building and transport projects, and bring:

• A completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally 5-8 years of experience in project control and good experience as a senior project manager (architect or civil engineer)
• Proven experience with complex national and international construction projects, preferably in the field of building and transport infrastructure
• Secure handling of AHO, HOAI, and VOB
• Good knowledge of MS Project and other office applications
• Diplomatic skills and professional demeanor
• Goal-oriented working style, independence, team skills, and strong communication skills
• Ability to assess qualities, project schedules, and costs in a structured manner and in accordance with project requirements and, if necessary, to structure them
• Very good German and English language skills
