Senior Structural Bridge Engineer New York City | Up to $200,000
Ascot Pierce is recruiting Senior Structural Bridge Engineers for leading engineering consultancies in New York City and New Jersey, working on some of the largest transportation infrastructure programmes in the Northeast.
Our clients deliver major bridge and structures projects for NYSDOT, NYCDOT, MTA, Port Authority of NY & NJ, NJ Transit, and Amtrak — with strong, funded pipelines over the next decade.
What You'll Work On- Structural design and analysis of major bridge and transportation structures
- Complex rehabilitation and new-build projects across the NYC metro region
- Design/Build and Design/Bid/Build delivery
- Leading design packages and mentoring junior engineers
- Construction-phase engineering support on live infrastructure
- Contributing to pursuits on landmark regional programmes
- PE license (NY or NJ, or ability to obtain quickly)
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 7+ years of bridge / transportation structures experience
- Strong analysis and design software skills (MIDAS, LARSA, CSiBridge, SAP
2000, STAAD or similar) - AASHTO LRFD and agency standards experience (NYSDOT, MTA, PANYNJ a plus)
- Up to $200,000 plus benefits, depending on experience

- Genuine progression to Principal / Design Manager level
