Senior Climatization Engineer

In ConfiARTE, a specialized consulting firm in technical and engineering talent selection, we are looking for a Senior Climatization Engineer to join a leading company in the sector of installations, comprehensive maintenance, and technical services in Cáceres.

This is a key position within the technical team, with direct responsibility over the execution, coordination, and follow-up of projects in thermal installations, climatization, ventilation, energy efficiency, and building maintenance.

The role is aimed at profiles with consolidated experience in installation or maintenance companies, accustomed to managing work or technical service in demanding environments, with a high volume of work and decision-making in the field.

Technical and economic management of climatization and installation projects.
Coordination of work teams and subcontractors.
Direct communication with clients and project management.
Supervision of execution in the field and quality control.
Optimization of costs, schedules, and resources.
Resolution of technical incidents in high-demand environments.

Technical or higher engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or similar).
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in installation or maintenance companies (key requirement).
Solid knowledge of thermal installations, climatization, and ventilation.
Experience in managing work or technical service.
Decisive profile, with technical leadership capacity and decision-making ability.
High adaptation to dynamic and demanding environments.

Specially valued:

• Previous experience in high-volume project companies in the installation sector.
  Management of technical teams or site management.
  Knowledge of energy efficiency or RITE regulations.
  Ability to communicate with end clients.

The selected person will assume, among other responsibilities, the following:

• Design, analysis, and supervision of climatization, ventilation, heating, and refrigeration installations.
• Elaboration and review of technical documentation, technical reports, measurements, budgets, and offers.
• Planning, monitoring, and control of works, maintenance, or projects of thermal installations.
• Coordination of technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Control of costs, schedules, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Technical communication with clients, project management, and other involved parties.
• Support in legalizations, certifications, and technical procedures.
• Proposal of improvements in energy efficiency, optimization of installations, and technical solutions.
• Supervision of compliance with safety, prevention, and quality regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or similar.
• Previous experience in climatization, thermal installations, HVAC, maintenance, or execution of installations.
• Knowledge of RITE regulations and applicable regulations for thermal installations.
• Ability to interpret plans, measurements, projects, and technical documentation.
• Handling of technical tools such as AutoCAD, Presto, Office, calculation programs, or similar.
• Organizational capacity, autonomy, and result orientation.
• Communication skills and client interaction.
• Driver’s license.

Valuable:

• Experience in installation, maintenance, engineering, or energy services companies.
• Knowledge in energy efficiency, aerothermal systems, refrigeration installations, ventilation, or control systems.
• Experience managing technical teams or subcontractors.
• Additional training in PRL, quality, environment, or project management.
• Residence in Cáceres or availability to work in the area.
