We are seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven Assistant Director of Engineering to help lead the Engineering team at our dynamic, unionized New York City lifestyle hotel. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, design-forward environment and takes pride in maintaining both the visible and behind-the-scenes elements that shape the guest experience.

You'll partner closely with the Director of Engineering to ensure the property operates seamlessly balancing technical expertise, team leadership, and a strong sense of ownership. This person must be knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering.
