Full-Time Housekeeper
Location: Tribeca & additional downtown Manhattan residences
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $45-$50/hour ($93,600-$104,000/year)
Benefits: Fully paid health benefits + 2 weeks PTO (401k in progress)

About the Position: A fully staffed private household in Tribeca is seeking a polished, detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join their long-standing team. The primary residence is a 12,000 sq. ft. townhouse, with additional nearby residences (approximately 2,000 sq. ft. each) in downtown Manhattan requiring consistent weekly support. Candidates must be comfortable rotating between multiple properties in SoHo and Tribeca.

The household operates with a collaborative team that includes a live-in domestic couple (Monday-Friday), a live-in weekend housekeeper, and a full-time chef at the main residence. This role will serve as primary housekeeper for three additional apartments while also acting as an added layer of support to the main residence, providing backup coverage for events and during staff vacations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Detailed, high-level housekeeping and deep cleaning

• Expert laundry care, including washing, ironing, steaming, and pressing

• Meticulous garment care, including handling luxury and archival clothing collections

• Closet organization and careful maintenance of high-value items

• Maintaining overall household organization and presentation standards

• Receiving packages and ensuring residences are guest-ready

• Assisting with event preparation and post-event breakdown

• Providing coverage when primary staff is away

Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years of private household experience

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with clothing and textiles

• Experience working in large, fully staffed homes

• Comfortable rotating between multiple residences

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

• Spanish-speaking, a plus

• Comfortable in dog-friendly environment
