This is a global, high-impact managerial role. You won't just report on the numbers; you will influence them, acting as the connective tissue between Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Rev Ops to identify and drive opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization . You'll lead a team of regional finance partners to translate complex data into actionable strategies, manage global budgets, and optimize our sales incentive structures to drive ambitious growth.
* Strategic Advisory:
Act as the "CFO for the CRO." Partner with the CRO's management team to evaluate new market opportunities, pricing strategies, and investment business cases.
* Architect the Function:
Design and drive the "Ground-Up" execution the global GTM finance infrastructure, from defining our "North Star" sales metrics to building the communication loops between Finance and the regional GMs.
* Lead a Global Team:
Manage and nurture a high-performing team of regional GTM Finance partners, supporting regional GMs and departmental leads across the globe.
* Full-Cycle Planning:
Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the entire GTM organization (Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships).
* Incentives & Commissions:
Provide strategic financial oversight for sales commission structures, ensuring they align with company OKRs and drive the right sales behaviors.
* Cross-Functional Synergy:
Build a "bridge" between Finance, Rev Ops, Legal, and HR to ensure seamless alignment on hiring plans, quota setting, and operational efficiency.
* Performance Monitoring:
Define and track the "North Star" SaaS KPIs (CAC, LTV, Magic Number, Net Retention) and provide the narrative behind the data to senior leadership.
* Experience:
10+ years in Finance/FP&A, with at least 5+ years specifically partnering with Executive Sales/GTM leaders in a high-growth or hyper-growth SaaS environment.
* Proven experience building teams and processes from scratch within a larger, fast-moving organization. You are comfortable with ambiguity and have the grit to push through "v1.0" challenges
* Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing global teams. You know how to develop talent across different time zones.
* SaaS Mastery:
Deep expertise in SaaS-specific financial modeling and KPIs. You understand the nuances of recurring revenue and expansion mechanics.
* Technical Stack:
Proficient in Pigment (or similar planning tools), Net Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau.
* Communication:
The ability to distill complex financial concepts into "plain English" for non-finance stakeholders and hold your own in a room with C-level executives.
* Education:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
What can offer you:
* Opportunity to join a well-funded, proven company with big ambitions, competitive salary and benefits package, bonus potential, and eligibility to take part in the company equity incentive program
* An amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work!
* Monthly stipends for food, wellness, and commuting
* Fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills
* Award-winning work environment - named a "Best Place to Work" by Built In as well as "Great Place To Work" certified
* We foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging through our Employee Resource Groups in addition to providing access to resources and education to support our team, facilitate conversations, and encourage understanding
