What You Will Get To Do:

* Drive commercial expansion and sales execution for money market fund connectivity solutions in the United States and broader Americas region.

* Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, fund providers, treasury teams, and fintech partners.

* Identify, prioritize, and enable direct connectivity opportunities between investors and money market funds.

* Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent commercial engagement and coordinated execution.

* Support onboarding activities, commercial proposals, and structured pipeline development.

* Maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting, reporting, and sales cadence reviews.

* Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to support client execution and growth initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

* 5 - 6 years of experience in institutional financial services, ideally within liquidity, treasury, or money market fund ecosystems.

* Strong understanding of money market funds, liquidity products, treasury workflows, or financial platform ecosystems.

* Demonstrated experience executing structured sales or client relationship strategies.

* Experience collaborating with global or offshore teams and stakeholders.

* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

* Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

* Commercially curious, proactive, and adaptable with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

Salary range for the position: 140,000 USD to 160,000 USD.
