The Role
Our 10-week summer immersion program is comprised of classroom learning, hands on live deal transaction experience and an assigned senior banker mentor to assimilate you to the organization as well as the investment banking industry. As a Summer Associate, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and financial advisory deal processes and projects. You will learn the core knowledge of the investment banking industry and expand your knowledge in key analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills.
Every day is different, and your job responsibilities will include a range of projects and assignments including creating financial models, drafting pitch and marketing materials, and participating in client presentations. Our Associates possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure. You will be expected to play a critical role on transaction teams and make a difference for our clients.

Position Requirements

- An outstanding academic record (undergraduate and MBA)

- Strong quantitative, verbal and written communication skills; strong financial understanding and financial modeling skills a plus
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- At least 3-5 years post undergraduate professional work experience
- Base Salary: $175,000 annually (prorated to the duration of the Summer Associate program)
