Join our client's structured credit team in New York, NY (Hybrid) as a CLO Operations Associate, supporting trade settlements, reconciliations, and cash flow projections across CLO transactions. In this role, you'll work closely with fund accounting and capital markets teams while leveraging systems like Clear Par, Sentry, and WSOffice to ensure smooth execution of new issues, resets, and refinancing processes.

Responsibilities as the CLO Operations Associate:

• Trade & Settlements: Reconcile open trades and oversee loan, bond, and equity settlement processes.
• Cash Flow & Funding: Support CLO cash flow projections, warehouse funding, and drawdown tracking.
• Reconciliations & Reporting: Perform daily/monthly reconciliations and assist with trustee and distribution reporting.
• Lifecycle & Compliance: Manage operations for CLO issuance, resets, and refinancings while ensuring indenture compliance.
• Portfolio Oversight: Monitor corporate actions and coordinate updates with systems and external partners.

Qualifications for the CLO Operations Associate:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• Experience: 3+ years of operations experience within banking, audit, or a fixed income/CLO asset manager.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with loan and portfolio management systems such as Clear Par, WSOffice, Sentry, or Lev Pro.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of CLO structures, cash reconciliations, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical and communication skills with sharp attention to detail and a proactive, organized approach to operational workflows.
