Collections Analyst

A professional services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst to support the finance team. This role focuses on managing outstanding receivables, partnering with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of client balances.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection

• Review aging reports and maintain accurate collection activity records

• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries

• Monitor invoicing platforms and track payment status

• Assist with account setup, payment reconciliation, and unidentified receipts

• Provide reporting and support cash collection forecasting

• Support process improvements and other accounting-related initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or collections experience in a professional services environment

• Experience working with billing systems or ERP platforms preferred

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Compensation: $90,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
