Job Title
Maintain and develop relationships with current clients of the securitization team, and assist where appropriate with new transactions.
Ensure the existing portfolio is monitored and managed appropriately.
Manage a team to assist in the various portfolio tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the ongoing customer relationships as it relates to existing securitizations via ongoing dialogue with customers and relationship officers in the Credit Agricole network
- Oversee all transaction actions including periodic, surveillance, reviews, amendments, renewals, restructuring, etc.
- Negotiate documents and coordinate with other departments including credit, legal, IT, etc.
- Participate in due diligence reviews and visit clients as required
- Provide clients with pertinent market updates as deemed necessary
- Assist in the development of systems and procedures for the department
- Assist and review monthly and ad-hoc Securitization reports that include, but are not limited to the following: investor reports, amortization reports, asset scorecards, asset based (i.e. capital call, auto) performance reports
- Assist in the structuring process of new transactions which include, but are not limited to preparing for and attending internal committees (credit, pipeline, pre-clear), review legal documentation
1. Management and Reporting
· Report to, as applicable, the Head of Securitization Americas or the Head of Transaction Management Americas on the progress of the portfolio and related issues
2. Risks
· Review and propose overall monitoring parameters for the portfolio
3. Counter parties and Clients
· Develop and maintain relationships with peers in other organizations and with clients of the Bank
· Represent the firm with external organizations and professional seminars and forums

Key External Contacts
- Securitization clients in the context of the portfolio
- Law firms, coordinating all the transaction documentation and the execution process, in close coordination with in-house legal
- Rating agencies and audit firms whenever necessary
- Other banks in the context that the transaction is co-purchase by nature

Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Intranet, SIS, Eurecca, Phidias, Clientele, Risk Portal (Agenda, Altar, Cosmos, Comet, Legos and Credit Sensitive Database), Alfred (proprietary AI engine)
External Bloomberg, Reuters, rating agency websites, client and various securitization related websites
Salary Range: $250k-$300k
