The Compliance Risk Analytics (CRA) – Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting multiple Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime Compliance engagements. The role requires strong experience in AML analytics, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk rating, model validation, data testing, and AML system implementation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects or individual project work streams with minimal guidance or oversight.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large AML-related datasets.
- Identify patterns, trends, gaps, and irregularities within client AML data.
- Perform detailed mapping of typologies, rules, transaction codes, and related data.
- Evaluate whether clients' AML systems, processes, and data comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare concise and clear documentation summarizing data analysis findings and recommendations.
- Train, lead, and mentor junior team members.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Interact professionally with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $91407 to $113808 per annum. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
