Are you the type of professional who can spot a broken finance process, identify where AI can create value, and actually build the solution?
We're partnering with a high-growth global organization seeking a Senior Finance AI & Transformation Analyst to help modernize Finance operations through AI, automation, and process transformation.
What You'll Do
- Identify inefficiencies across Finance and design scalable solutions using AI and automation.
- Build and prototype AI-enabled workflows, automations, and agentic solutions.
- Lead transformation initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.
- Partner with Finance, Data, Engineering, and Leadership teams to deliver process improvements and operational excellence.
- Develop business cases, executive presentations, and change management strategies to drive adoption.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or Consulting.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI, automation, low-code, or workflow solutions in a business environment.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Ideal Backgrounds
- Finance Transformation Consultant
- Big 4 Advisory (Finance Transformation / CFO Advisory)
- Finance Systems Analyst or Manager
- Digital Transformation Consultant
- Business Process Improvement Lead
- ERP or Finance Systems Implementation Consultant
Preferred Experience
- Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, or broader Finance Operations exposure.
- Finance systems and ERP platforms such as Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
- Experience with in fintech, financial services, regulated industries, or other complex environments.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a traditional Accounting or FP&A role, and it's not a software engineering position. The ideal candidate sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology, AI, and Transformation, with a passion for improving how work gets done.
