Assignment Details

• Schedule: Rotating schedule including weekends
• 4 days per week (4 ? 10-hour shifts)
• Shift options: 8:00 AM ? 6:00 PM, 9:00 AM ? 7:00 PM, 10:00 AM ? 8:00 PM
• Start Date: March 9, 2026
• Hours Per Week: 36

• Minimum of 1 year of Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) experience
• Experience working with children and adolescents (Child CPEP preferred)
• Hospital experience preferred
• Master?s Degree in Social Work (Required)
• Valid NYSED Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license (Required)
• Primary Source Verification required
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including weekends
