The HR & Recruiting Internship.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student or recent graduate to participate in the HR & Recruiting Internship at Reality Defender. This part-time role offers hands-on experience across recruiting, HR operations, and talent programs in a fast-growing technology company.
You will gain exposure to full-cycle recruiting, candidate experience, HR systems, onboarding, and talent operations at a scaling startup.
Responsibilities include:
* Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining applicant tracking systems
* Help ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process
* Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating new hire logistics
* Maintain and organize HR documentation, employee records, and internal systems
* Support People Operations initiatives such as employee engagement programs, training coordination, and internal communications
* Assist with reporting and tracking recruiting metrics and hiring progress
Who you are.
* Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
* Interest in HR, recruiting, and talent operations
This internship requires a time commitment of approximately 20 hours per week.
