Talent Acquisition Manager

David creates tools to increase muscle and decrease fat. Our first product is a protein bar. More broadly, David is a platform to develop high-protein, low-calorie, blood-sugar-friendly foods that are craveable.

This is a rare opportunity to join a breakout food brand at a pivotal stage of growth. Led by CEO Peter Rahal, Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR, David is working to become the leading consumer food brand focused on high-protein foods in North America and beyond.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support full-cycle hiring across our Supply Chain, Retail, growth, CX, Creative, Finance, Discovery, and R&D teams. You'll work closely with hiring managers and the Director of People to help us build a world-class team, and create a candidate experience that's fast, respectful, and human.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, from sourcing through to offer coordination.

* Help lead interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and culture.

* Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on interview plans.

* Source candidates through Linked In, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach strategies.

* Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth, respectful experience.

* Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and help track pipeline metrics.

* Write and post job descriptions that reflect our brand and attract the right talent.

* Help coordinate external recruiters and recruiting events as needed.

* Contribute to improving our hiring process and employer brand as we scale.

* Support people initiatives as needed.
