The Role at a Glance

    Serve as the definitive expert on complex employee relations and labor law, partnering with General Counsel to navigate intricate workplace dynamics.
What You Bring
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity, specifically within a prestigious law firm or professional services environment.
  • A proven track record of managing multi-site HR functions and navigating complex change management projects.
  • Advanced mastery of federal and state employment regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA) and a SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
