AAA Global is partnering with several of the world’s leading multi-manager hedge funds to identify high-calibre Portfolio Managers and Sub-PMs/Traders across a range of liquid macro strategies, including G10 Rates and FX.

These roles are open to individuals running discretionary, systematic, or relative value strategies with a strong and verifiable track record of PnL generation. Depending on the specific fund and stage of your career, opportunities can offer access to larger capital allocations, greater trading autonomy, or enhanced infrastructure and resources to support your next phase of growth.

Each platform differs slightly in structure and style, allowing us to align candidates with funds that best match their risk appetite, strategy profile, and preferred working environment. Whether you’re seeking a more collaborative setting, more flexible risk parameters, or the chance to scale your strategy with better technology and execution support - we’re working with platforms that can accommodate those needs.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A proven track record in Macro, Rates, FX, or Fixed Income trading.
• Experience in discretionary, systematic, or hybrid/quanta mental approaches.
• A scalable strategy that fits within a multi-manager model.
• Strong understanding of portfolio construction, risk management, and capital efficiency.

Key strategy areas:

• We are primarily interested in strategies focused on G10 and other developed markets, with a preference for short- to medium-term trading horizons.
