The Position:

The Professional Services team is the face of Placements.io during implementation and ongoing customer success. The team solves complex business problems, designs scalable solutions, and channels customer feedback to inform product development. Team members are trusted partners to both customers and internal stakeholders.

This role will also support internal AI initiatives, helping to integrate AI-driven tools into project workflows, operational processes, and customer solutions.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll own end-to-end delivery of mid- to large-scale customer implementations-overseeing plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables. You'll define and execute best practices, ensure alignment with business goals, and apply AI-enhanced methods to improve efficiency and outcomes.

You'll report directly to the Head of PMO in Seattle and collaborate across Solutions Consulting, Product, and Account teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client implementation projects from kick-off through post-go-live support.
  • Plan, schedule, and document client requests, project activities, and meeting outcomes.
  • Partner with customers, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Account teams to ensure project success.
  • Identify, track, and escalate project or product risks and dependencies.
  • Provide regular project updates and weekly status reports to management and clients.
  • Coordinate project plans and drive collaborative decision-making across stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, time allocations, and resource tracking.
  • Support Solutions Consulting in developing delivery roadmaps aligned to client goals.
  • Apply AI-driven tools and processes to optimize project delivery and business impact.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, including large or global projects.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and work independently on complex problems.
  • PMP or PRINCE II certification preferred but not required.
  • Bonus:
    Experience in AdTech, eCommerce, Salesforce, Net Suite, Workday, ad servers, or AI-powered project management tools.

As the Director of Agency and Advertiser Partnerships, your primary objective will be to lead the development and execution of strategies to engage brand advertisers and agencies in adopting Placements.io's enterprise solutions. Leveraging your extensive industry experience, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within these organizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy: Develop and execute a robust strategy tailored to introducing and positioning Placements.io's enterprise SaaS marketing platform to brand advertisers and agencies. Highlight the platform's campaign activation, management, optimization, and workflow governance capabilities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives, marketing directors, and other brand advertisers and agency stakeholders. Understand their unique marketing challenges and demonstrate how Placements.io's platform addresses their pain points.
  • Enterprise Sales Process: Utilize your expertise in enterprise sales to guide the process of introducing and selling the platform to brands and agencies. Employ a strategic approach to lead the sales cycle, from initial engagement to successful deal closure.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align partnership efforts with company objectives. Collaborate to create tailored solutions that meet the specific requirements of brands and agencies.
