Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Analyst with 2 years of hands-on experience in Manhattan Active solutions to provide post-implementation (RUN) support for key retail clients. This is not an implementation role—the focus is on L2 and L3 support, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement in line with ITIL standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for Manhattan Active applications (WMS, OMS, or related modules).
Monitor and manage incidents, problems, and service requests using ITIL best practices.
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide permanent fixes.
Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance.
Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and maintain support processes.
Work with Service Now or similar ITSM tools for ticket management (nice to have).
Support patches, upgrades, and performance tuning in production environments.
Participate in on-call rotation for critical issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active solutions (WMS, OMS preferred).
Strong understanding of post-implementation support and RUN operations.
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate fixes.
Good knowledge of SQL, APIs, and integration troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Service Now or similar ITSM tools.
Knowledge of retail supply chain processes.
Familiarity with cloud-based Manhattan Active architecture.
